Fish Facilities Technical Team Technical Memorandum
The Fish Facilities Technical Team (FFTT) Technical Memorandum is available for review. The FFTT, made up of fisheries experts (biologists and engineers) from several State and Federal agencies as well as private consultants, was convened by the Department of Water Resources to produce this document for informational purposes to aid in the development of the BDCP.
