This group consists of scientists chosen for their expertise in designing goals and objectives for habitat conservation plans. The working group is advised by Gary Bobker of The Bay Institute, Jason Peltier of Westlands Water District, John Cain of American Rivers, and Cindy Kao of Santa Clara Valley Water District. Joint meetings of the working group and advisors will be posted on the BDCP calendar, and are open to the public. This working group expects to complete its work by the end of October.
