Governance refers to how the BDCP will be implemented once it is approved by permitting agencies. Governance does not refer to the Delta Stewardship Council, Delta Protection Commission, or any other governmental body. This group will complete Chapter 7 of the draft BDCP. September 19, 2011 - The September 21 and October 6 Working Group meetings have been canceled to allow additional time to review the current draft of Chapter 7. The next meeting is planned for November 2, 2011.
September 15, 2011 - A revised version of Chapter 7 of the BDCP is available for review.
July 12, 2011 - The following notice was provided by Dr. Jerry Meral:
Attached is a new draft of Chapter 7. Note that CESA issues are being moved to Chapter 1, and real time operations are being moved to Chapter 6. The state and federal agencies are discussing the permittee issue. As soon as these discussion are concluded, another meeting of the working group will be convened. Thanks for your patience. Please send any comments on this draft of the chapter to jerry.meral@resources.ca.gov, and they will be distributed to members of the working group and the public.

Upcoming Meetings
December 18, 2012 - The Governance Working Group will meet on December 18, 2012 from 9 a.m. to noon at 1416 Ninth Street, Suite 1131. The meeting will be available by conference call at 916-651-0948, no access code needed. A new version of Chapter 7 is now available.
