State and Federal Parties Respond to Public Comments on BDCP MOA

In response to recent public comments on the BDCP Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), the state and federal parties participating in the BDCP process are taking a number of steps to address both the specific concerns about language in the MOA and the related concerns about the need for a full opportunity for meaningful public involvement in the BDCP.
